1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to video lectures, written content, downloadable materials, templates, prompts, designs, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property (collectively, "Course Content"), are the sole property of YourFirstAiApp™ or its licensors. Course Content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree not to reproduce, redistribute, sell, license, sublicense, rent, modify, or create derivative works from any Course Content without express written permission from YourFirstAiApp™.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account or login credentials with others;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform;
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the platform;
• Copy, record, or disseminate course content by any means;
• Use the platform in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of access without notice and may subject you to legal liability.

3. Use of Third-Party Services

In delivering our courses, YourFirstAiApp™ may utilize third-party platforms and services—including but not limited to video hosting providers, community platforms (e.g., Circle, Telegram), content vaults (e.g., Notion), or API integrations (e.g., Google AI services).

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Certain third-party services used in connection with our courses may impose costs based on your individual usage, such as API calls, data transfer, or subscription activity;
• YourFirstAiApp™ does not control, monitor, or limit how third-party platforms measure or bill usage, and cannot prevent or reverse any charges incurred as a result of your interactions with such services;
• You are solely responsible for monitoring your own internet/data usage and any associated charges imposed by your internet service provider, mobile carrier, or any other platform you use to access the course content.

By using our platform, you expressly release YourFirstAiApp™ from any and all claims related to third-party billing, including overages, platform access costs, and any incidental or consequential charges.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YourFirstAiApp™ disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

In no event shall YourFirstAiApp™ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the platform or course content, any conduct or content of any third party, or any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

5. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

All course purchases are final, with the exception of our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the course, you may request a refund within 30 days of the course launch, provided that you have completed at least 50% of the course content. Requests made without proof of completion of 50% of the course will not be eligible for a refund. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these refund conditions.

6. Modifications to Terms and Platform

YourFirstAiApp™ reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms at any time. We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform, including course offerings and availability, without notice or liability. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of San Marino, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in San Marino, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

8. Course Access and Duration

YourFirstAiApp™ endeavors to provide enrolled students with access to purchased course content indefinitely ("lifetime access"), subject to technical availability and platform viability. However, YourFirstAiApp™ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to discontinue hosting course materials or terminate access to content after 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Lifetime access refers to the operational lifetime of the platform and not to the user’s natural lifetime.
• After 12 months, YourFirstAiApp™ may cease to host or support the course content without any obligation to provide alternative access, refunds, or compensation.
• Where feasible, YourFirstAiApp™ will attempt to notify users in advance of any material change to content availability, but such notice is not guaranteed.
